We are excited to welcome Yvonne Montoya-Matthews, MS, 中枢神经系统, LDN, BCHN®, to host a 5-part wellbeing speaker series this winter & 春天.

Yvonne is a double-board certified functional nutritionist dietitian, 认证的草药医生, 和 holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition & 综合健康. She started her private practice, 营养设计, in 2015 和 specializes in hormones, 肠道和消化系统健康, food allergies 和 sports 和 performance nutrition.

Each monthly seminar will be held from 12-1 p.m. 和 will include a 45-minute talk followed by time for Q&A和伊冯. Our February seminar will be held on Zoom, but all other seminars will provide an in-person or virtual participation option. Participants will receive the Zoom link 和/or room location prior to each seminar via email.
